We had a chance to sit down and chat with Tymonko about her background, and her approach to photography.
Vecteezy: How and when did you get started with photography?
Tymonko: I started taking photographs in 2008 while working as a designer in a publishing house. I often needed images to implement creative ideas and I had long dreamed of photographing backgrounds and other elements for my designs.

Vecteezy: Where do you find inspiration?
Tymonko: In nature: clouds, forests, flowers, etc. Our God created everything beautifully, amazingly, and perfectly with beautiful light, harmonious colors, and shapes.
Vecteezy: How do you challenge yourself to make sure that you continually improve?
Tymonko: I shoot in different conditions, in new places, and photograph new people.

Vecteezy: What camera and lenses do you use?
Tymonko: My camera is a Nikon D700 and my lenses are Nikkor 50mm 1.4, Nikkor 85mm 1.4, and Sigma 35mm 1.4.
Vecteezy: What hobbies/interests do you have outside of photography, and how have these influenced your creativity?
Tymonko: I enjoy calligraphy and drawing. These are all creative spheres that complement each other and teach you to better see the composition, color, and light in photography.
